Abington Chapter
The Abington chapter assists nursing moms in Abington, Ardsley, Cheltenham, Dresher, Elkins Park, Glenside, Hatboro, Horsham, Huntingdon Valley, Jenkintown, Meadowbrook, Melrose Park, North Hills, Rydal, Willow Grove, Wyncote and some parts of Philadelphia.
The Abington Chapter has Nursing Moms’ Meetings at 10am on the third Monday of every month. These meetings provide a wonderful opportunity to discuss breastfeeding related topics, receive support and connect with other nursing moms in your area. All meetings are subject to cancellation or change. Spouses, pregnant moms-to-be, friends, siblings and babies are always welcome!

Visit the ‘Discussions’ tab to join or start a playgroup for parents in your local area.
Help Us Help Breastfeeding Moms and Babies. If you have breastfed for six months or more and would like to help other nursing mothers get the support and accurate information they need, we want you! We can train you to be a volunteer breastfeeding counselor by way of our training course. Want to help but not ready to be a counselor? Abington Nursing Moms also needs volunteers to handle a variety of administrative tasks. Do you or your business provide a service you feel may be valuable to Abington Nursing Moms?
